Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Northfold Studio Ltd., 14 Quay Lane, Harbourton HB1 2QT, United Kingdom. By using the website you accept them. Project work is agreed separately in a written proposal and contract, and those documents take priority over these terms.
2. Who we work with
Our services are aimed at businesses. This website is not an offer to consumers.
3. Information on this website
The content describes our studio, our services and past projects. It is general information and not technical, legal or financial advice for your situation.
4. Prices and estimates
Prices on this website are starting points in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. The effort calculator gives a rough estimate based on the numbers you enter. Neither is a binding offer, and a price only becomes binding in a written proposal that both sides have accepted.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to reach areas that are not public, test its security without our written permission, disrupt its operation or copy its content automatically on a large scale.
6. Contact form and newsletter
Please give accurate details when you use the contact form or sign up for the newsletter. We may decline requests that fall outside our work. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every issue.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, animations, code and the Northfold name and logo belong to Northfold Studio Ltd. or to those who licensed them to us. You may view pages, print them for your own use and share links to them. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
8. Case studies and client names
Client names and logos appear with the permission of their owners and remain their property. Results in case studies describe individual projects and are not a promise of the same outcome in yours.
9. External links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we may change, pause or remove pages at any time and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes and questions
We may update these terms when the website or the law changes, and the version on this page applies. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@northfold.example.
These terms of use are sample text for the Northfold template, so replace them with terms prepared for your business before you publish.
