3. We run it alongside the manual process for a short period, then switch over and hand you a written runbook.

Which tools can you connect?

Most tools that offer an API, a webhook, an email inbox or a shared folder. We confirm each connection during scoping, before we quote, and tell you when a step is better left manual.

What happens when a step fails?

The workflow stops at that step, logs the reason and alerts the person you have named. It never carries on with missing data, and the run can be restarted once the issue is fixed.
