Overview

Staff lose time searching handbooks, old offers and shared folders for answers someone has already written down. We build an assistant that answers only from the documents you choose, links the source under every reply, and says plainly when the answer is not there. Access is limited by team, so people only see what they are already allowed to see.

What is included

• A scoped document set agreed with you, such as your handbook, price lists and past project notes

• Access rules per team, based on the permissions you already use

• A test set of real questions, with the results shared before launch

How it works

1. We collect 30 to 50 questions your team asks often and agree which documents the assistant may use.

2. We build the assistant, test it against those questions, and show you where it answers well and where it declines.

3. We launch it to one small group first, review the questions it could not answer, and widen access once you are satisfied.

Typical timeline

4 to 6 weeks from the agreed document set to daily use by the first team.

Questions

Will it make up answers?

It is set up to answer only from your documents and to show the source each time. When the documents do not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing, and we test this before launch.

Where is our data stored, and is it used to train models?

We agree the hosting location with you during scoping and only use providers whose terms exclude training on your data. Both points are written into the scope before any work starts.
